MasterCard WebSurfer Prepaid Card

The MasterCard Websurfer from Byblos Bank is a prepaid card with an annual fee of just USD 12. It is also respected worldwide and provides protection against fraud. You can get this card without even opening an account: just visit any branch of Byblos Bank in Lebanon, pay the fee and fill up your card with any amount between USD 50 and USD 250. The Websurfer Card will be ready for you to pick up within two or three business days. It’s that simple. And once the amount is used up, you can refill it at no extra charge.

Added security: Since the Websurfer Card is not used physical points of sale, your card number is far less likely to be compromised for fraudulent purposes. In addition, the Websurfer Card is not linked in any way to your accounts, so these remain completely separate from any transactions you perform over the Internet

- Enter your name as typed on the card
- Enter your card number
- Enter your card brand (MasterCard)
- Enter the three-digit CVC number on the back of the card
- Where a cardholder’s address is requested, enter “Byblos Bank”, the name of your branch, and “Beirut, Lebanon”
