- You should have a minimum salary of LBP 900,000 if you are single, and LBP 1,200,000 if you are married, or equivalent in USD
- Lebanese citizen
- Age should not exceed 60 at applying the loan
- A minimum of two years of working experience in the same field
- Minimum net monthly income of LBP 900,000 for single applicants or LBP 1,200,000 for married applicants
- Monthly payment should not exceed one-third of salary for employees or one-quarter of income for self-employed
