Consumer Loan Housing Loan
Purpose To Buy, Renovate or Build a House 
Applicant Profile  - Lebanese or residents for more than 10 years.
- Maximum age not to exceed 64 by the end of the loan period. 
- A minimum of two years working experience.
- Minimum net monthly income LBP 900,000 for singles and LBP1,200,000 for married.
- Monthly payment should not exceed 1/3 of salary if employed and 1/4 if self-employed.
Amount  Min. $25,000 - No limitation on maximum amounts 
Interest Rate Reduced interest rate for the first year and Libor (1year) + 3.5% (minimum 7.25%) thereafter.
Special rates for premium customers.
Repayment Period  7 to 30 Years 
Distinctive Feature  -A Financing Level Up To: 70% For Finished Apartments, 60% For Rented Apartments, 50% For House Construction, and 100% For House Renovation. 
-Doctors: Doctors can get a financing level up to 80% for finished apartments, and the monthly payment for doctors (self-employed) should not over pass the 1/3 of the salary instead of 1/4.
- If loan period is greater or equal to 7 years and house value is less or equal to $120,000, no mortgage fees and no stamp fees .
