Business Sales Manager

Job Description

Byblos Bank Iraq is seeking an ambitious and driven Business Sales Manager to lead the growth and market expansion of the bank’s digital wallet and digital banking solutions. The candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, acquiring new clients, increasing wallet adoption and driving revenue growth through innovative sales and marketing initiatives.


Location: Baghdad or Erbil / Preferably Baghdad

Main Responsibilities

What You’ll Do


  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase adoption of the bank’s digital wallet and digital banking solutions
  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients and strategic partners
  • Promote digital payment solutions, mobile wallet services and related banking products to targeted market segments
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs and competitive opportunities within the fintech and digital banking sector
  • Identify, negotiate, and close partnership deals independently Achieve sales targets, portfolio growth objectives and KPIs set by Management
  • Prepare business proposals and partnership agreements
  • Represent the bank at industry events, networking activities and client meetings
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular sales and market reports to Senior Management.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:


  • Iraqi nationality, fluency in Arabic and English. Kurdish is a plus
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or Banking
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in business development, sales or relationship management within banking, fintech or digital payments
  • Strong understanding of digital wallets, payment solutions and digital banking services
  • Fintech and digital banking knowledge.
  • Top-up wallet sales experience
  • Proven track record in achieving sales and partnership targets
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong network within the banking and fintech sectors
