E-channels Product Development Officer

Job Description

Byblos Bank Iraq is looking for a Proactive E-channels Product Development Officer to designs, implements, and manages digital banking channels (like mobile/internet banking/ATMs/POS etc..) by analyzing market trends, defining product features, coordinating with tech teams for development and testing, ensuring compliance, and launching new features to boost customer adoption, usage, and satisfaction, bridging technology with business goals for growth.

Location: Erbil
Branch/Department: Retail Banking

Main Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
Defining product features and functionality.
Coordinating with IT for system development (APIs, platforms).
Testing & launching new features and gathering user feedback to improve customer experience
Support business goals and track performance and adoption rate

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in digital banking, fintech, or digital product management.
Strong knowledge of UI/UX, customer journey, and digital application functionalities.
Experienced in drafting BRDs/SRS and conducting UAT.
Familiarity with Jira/FIGMA/Confluent or similar product management-tracking systems.
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Business-oriented mindset with good technical understanding.
Fluent in Arabic, Kurdish, and English.
