Job Description

Job Location: Ashrafieh- Beirut- Lebanon

  • Ability to build, maintain & improve customer relationship (Customer Service)

  • Ability to improve performance job expectations by setting and working to meet challenging objectives (Results Orientation)
  • Ability to identify the need & concerns of the second party (Negotiation skills)

  • Ability to cross sell the banks products or services to clients (Marketing skills)

Main Responsibilities

  • Initiate new commercial relationships according to business plan/budget, target market and the Bank’s underwriting norms,
  • Maintain and develop existing relationships while marketing and cross selling the Bank’s products,
  • Maintain regular contacts with clients to develop the business,
  • Ensure a good grasp of the client’s business activity and needs, structure the lines accordingly and originate quality credit packages,
  • Assist in creating and updating a commercial database and keep abreast of market dynamics,
  • Ensure appropriate credit process discipline: timely review/renewal of credit lines, proper renewal of legal documentation, proper approval of availements and excesses…

Requirements

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of banking experience mainly in credit

 

Education:  
  • MBA, MMA, Economics, or other related fields.
  • Holder of CFA certification is a plus,
