Jbeil Souks Facades Inaugurated

In the presence of H. E. Mr. Michel Sleiman, the President of the Republic, Byblos Bank inaugurated the renovated Jbeil Souks on Thursday, 29 August 2013.

The event, marking the opening of the renovated souks thanks to a donation from Byblos Bank, was punctuated by the speeches of the President of the Republic, the President of Jbeil Municipality Ziad Hawat, and the Chairman and General Manager of Byblos Bank Group, Dr. François S. Bassil.

At the end of the event, a memorial stone labeled “The Road of the Alphabet” was unveiled, and  fireworks were launched.
