A Byblos Bank Delegation Visits LAF Commander

Byblos Bank Headquarters, Monday, 19 November 2018: A delegation of Byblos Bank visited General Joseph Aoun, Commander in Chief of the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF), and presented him with the newly revamped Byblos Bank Military Card.

The new Byblos Bank Mastercard Military Card bears the colors and the design of the new military uniform. Issued in July 2007, the Card offers its holders a wide range of benefits including zero fees for life; competitive interest rates; enhanced travel experiences thanks to premium insurance coverage; and automatic enrollment in Byblos Bank Card Loyalty Program.

While General Joseph Aoun seized the occasion to thank Byblos Bank for its continuous support to LAF, Mr. Elie Abou Khalil, Head of Group Retail Products Department at Byblos Bank, said, “It is with much appreciation and admiration for the role of the Lebanese army that we meet today with General Joseph Aoun. Our visit is but a salute to our troops and falls within the longstanding and strong relationship that we have built with LAF through the years for the benefit of both of our entities.”
