Eligibility
You must be a Lebanese citizen residing in Lebanon for at least 10 years, with a net monthly family income that does not exceed LBP 6,750,000  
You should be less than 67 years old at the end of the loan period
You should have at least two years of work experience in the same field
Your net monthly income should be at least LBP 750,000 (or equivalent in USD)
Monthly payment should not exceed one-third of your salary 
Total surface area (living space) should not exceed 200 square meters
 
Required Documents

On Personal Profile
1.  Copy of Valid Photo ID or Passport
2.  Proof of income
3.  Individual Civil Status showing the applicant has held Lebanese citizenship for at least 10 years
4.  Family Civil Status
5.  Certificate of residence

On Employment (for Employees)
1. Most recent salary slip
2. Certificate of salary as per Public Housing Corporation specimen issued within past 30 days 
3. Syndicate membership card

 

For Self Employed
1. Declaration of income for the past 2 years as per Byblos Bank specimen 
2. Statement of income for the past 12 months 
3. Audited Financial Statements for the past 2 years 
4. Copy of company’s circular, certificate from the commercial court, and copy of company’s bylaws (if any)
5. Extract of Register of Commerce
6. Documents proving place of work (Copy of leasing or investment contract, etc.)

 

On The Property
1. Copy of seller’s ID
2. Copy of authenticated allotment plan
3. Copy of the title deed of the plot
4. Real estate certificate of the plot to be purchased with the loan and for the common sections (issued within past 30 days)
5. Zoning and planning certificate (if notes exist on the real estate certificate)
6. Copy of habitation permit authenticated by legal authorities (or construction certificate if constructed before 1971)
7. Sale contract or sales promise and receipts
8. For apartments, copy of rules of co-property authenticated by a notary public

Life insurance contracted through ADIR, a member of the Byblos Bank Group, paid exclusively during Phase I of the loan period
Fire insurance on the home
First degree mortgage on the home
Home to be purchased must be applicant’s main residence
